Open OfficeMuch cheaper than Microsoft Office! Well worth the $0 you pay for it.
FoxItA free and fast PDF program that takes the place of Adobe reader.
DVD Shrink A feature rich DVD authoring tool that is free.
TrillianAIM, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo Messenger, IRC all rolled into one program.
AquaDockFree program to create a shortcut dock like Mac OS X has.
